The Ark/WM Outrigger segment consists of Ark Insurance Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries. The Kudu segment provides capital solutions for boutique asset and wealth managers for various purposes including generational ownership transfers, management buyouts, acquisition and growth finance, and legacy partner liquidity. The Other Operations segment focuses on its wholly-owned subsidiary, WM Capital, other intermediate holding companies, investment management subsidiary, White Mountains Advisors LLC, as well as certain consolidated and unconsolidated private capital and other investments. The company was founded on September 4, 1980 and is headquartered in Hanover, NH.
