The Mountain region segment consists of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, and Utah. The Pacific region segment includes California, Oregon, and Washington. The company was founded by Robert I. Toll, and Bruce E. Toll in May 1967 and is headquartered in Fort Washington, PA.
