Key point

Streaming Alerts push each NBBO Confirmed alert the moment it fires.

NBBO stands for the National Best Bid and Offer, the best bid and ask across exchanges. The NBBO Confirmed category holds four alerts (Running Up, Running Down, Crossed Above Resistance, Crossed Below Support) that check the move against the inside market, so bad prints are filtered out. They report sooner than the volume-confirmed versions.
