The Material segment includes manufacturing and sales of nickel hydroxide, lithium nickelate, etc. The Others segment includes engineering services, design, manufacturing, and installation of environmental protection equipment and devices, design and manufacturing of mechanical equipment, construction work, etc. The company was founded by Riemon Soga in 1590 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
