Well, guys, what a difference a day makes!

Yesterday, we saw the markets absolutely rip higher, but today we’re seeing almost the complete opposite. The market has sold off significantly, giving back nearly all of yesterday’s gains.

Now, I actually mentioned yesterday that I was expecting a bit of a pullback after such a strong rally. But I certainly wasn’t anticipating a selloff quite this dramatic!

And that’s the thing about trading. You never really know what the market is going to do next.

With the broader market moving lower today, the theme from our AI was pretty clear: look for opportunities on the short side.

One that stood out was MH (McGraw Hill).

Our AI identified a short opportunity at approximately $12.30, and before the stock experienced any meaningful bounce, it dropped all the way to $11.27.

That’s a pretty impressive move on the short side!

What makes this trade interesting is how it reflects the overall market environment. Yesterday was all about finding stocks moving higher, but today required a completely different approach.

And that’s something traders have to remember.

You can’t get too attached to one direction. Just because the market had a fantastic rally yesterday doesn’t mean that momentum will continue today.

Sometimes the best opportunities come from recognizing when market conditions have changed and adjusting your strategy accordingly.

Today, our AI helped identify several potential short opportunities, and MH was a great example of taking advantage of that downward momentum.
