The original AI alert came in at 3.23. It popped a little — but not much. And then it hit the stop at 3.13. Now for a lot of traders, that’s where the story ends. They get stopped out and they move on. But not if you know how to use the re-entry.

Here’s how it played out:

• Original AI alert: 3.23
• Stop hit: 3.13
• Halfway re-entry: 3.18
• Run to: 4.02

From 3.18 all the way up to just over $4 before it pulled back. That is a beautiful move. Yes, it came all the way back down and then right back up — very choppy action — but that initial run from the re-entry level was clean and it was real.

Here’s the thing about the re-entry strategy. It doesn’t matter if you missed the first entry, or if you took it and got stopped out. The halfway-back level gives you another chance to get in at a logical price point with a defined risk level. 3.18 was that level today, and it delivered.

That’s what makes this trade great today. Stopped out at 3.13, re-entry at 3.18, ran to 4.02. The re-entry strategy turning a stopped-out trade into a winner.
