I know it might sound like a broken record if you’ve seen some of my previous videos, but we had an alert here from RAI at $1.38. If you take a close look at the five-minute chart, you’ll see a little blue arrow marking where the alert occurred. From that alert, before it pulled back at all, the stock surged to $1.61, eventually reaching as high as $1.65.

Now, while this initial move was impressive, giving a great percentage return if you got in around $1.38 and exited at the peak, there’s a bigger lesson here. As I always say, don’t lose sight of the AI alerts. After the initial surge, ADTX pulled right back into the alert area, giving plenty of time to analyze the situation.

Even if you missed the initial alert, you had almost half an hour to consider your entry. And look what happened next: the stock rallied to $1.89, presenting an even bigger percentage move. This was arguably a better trade, waiting for the pullback and then riding the next wave.

The key takeaway here is patience and strategy. With the go/no-go charts, we get a visual cue to stay in the trade as long as it’s blue and hasn’t transitioned to aqua. Following this, you could have stayed in the trade all the way up to $2.14, a massive percentage gain.
