We’ve got a really nice one from our AI today, guys, and this time we’re looking at CRCT (Cricut).

Our AI picked up CRCT at $7.79, and this was an earnings play that turned into a fantastic trading opportunity.

Now, what makes this trade so great isn’t just the percentage move. It’s the way the stock has been trending higher.

Take a look at the TI Wave on the chart.

The price bars have been maintaining contact with the top of that blue wave as the stock continues climbing. That’s exactly the kind of price action I like to see.

Why?

Because the stock isn’t getting too parabolic. Instead of making those wild, unpredictable jumps, CRCT has been moving higher in a relatively orderly fashion.

That makes it easier for traders to stay with the trend without getting too nervous and selling their positions too early.

And the results speak for themselves.

At the time of recording, CRCT was up approximately 14% from our original AI alert at $7.79.

That’s a tremendous move, especially when you consider how smoothly the stock has been following the TI Wave.

Now, I also want to point out something interesting happening in the broader market.

We’re seeing a strong rally across the major indexes, but my Daily Trend Reversal Scan has been identifying a number of potential short opportunities.
