We’ve had several really nice alerts from our AI today, guys, but there’s one in particular that caught my attention.

Now, we’ve seen a few stocks making similar percentage moves, around 3% to 4%, but what I really liked about this one wasn’t just the move itself. It was how smoothly the stock was trending higher.

Take a look at the TI Wave on the five-minute chart.

The stock was moving steadily higher, climbing from around $12.75 to $13.38 without any significant pullbacks. That’s exactly the kind of orderly price action I like to see.

For most of that move, the stock stayed above the bottom of the TI Wave, showing consistent upward momentum.

But then things started to change.

We finally saw the price break below the bottom of the wave, which is what I consider a significant pullback.

Now, that doesn’t necessarily mean the upward move is finished. It could simply be a temporary pullback before the stock resumes its climb.

On the other hand, if the weakness continues, I might even start looking at a potential short opportunity, depending on how the price behaves around key levels.

That’s why it’s so important to watch the price action rather than assume a stock will continue moving in one direction.

The big takeaway? Sometimes the best trades aren’t the ones making the biggest percentage moves. They’re the ones showing steady, consistent trends that are easier to follow and manage.

Our AI identified several strong opportunities today, but this one stood out because of its smooth price action and how well it respected the TI Wave.

Now I’ll be watching to see whether this pullback is temporary or whether we’re starting to see a bigger change in momentum.

Another great example of how combining AI alerts with technical analysis can help traders identify opportunities.
