Today, I want to take a closer look at GIXI. This is one we’ve been watching in the trading room for quite a while, and while the opportunity hasn’t fully developed yet, I think it’s worth keeping on the radar.

During the pre-market session, GIXI ran all the way up to $10.16 before pulling back significantly to around $5. That’s a substantial retracement, but the question now is whether this stock has another move left in it.

I’ve been watching closely to see if GIXI can get that break of the 8 level. It may not happen, and there’s certainly no guarantee that it will, but that’s the kind of price action I’m interested in seeing before considering the next potential opportunity.

Why am I watching this one?

Think about traders who missed the spectacular run in WFF. That stock had another impressive day today, continuing the kind of momentum that can attract a lot of attention. It was also a major mover on Friday.

When a stock makes a move like that, traders naturally start looking for other opportunities with similar potential. That’s where GIXI comes into the picture.

I’m particularly interested in seeing whether GIXI can reclaim VWAP. If it manages to get back above that level and show some strength, it could potentially set up for another run. Of course, that confirmation is important, and until it happens, I’m treating this as a stock to watch rather than a confirmed trade.

Another reason GIXI has my attention is its daily chart. When you step back and look at the bigger picture, you can see that there may be room for the stock to move higher if momentum returns.

That’s what makes this one interesting to me. We’re looking at a stock that has already shown significant volatility, pulled back sharply, and may have the potential to attract traders looking for the next momentum opportunity.

For now, I’ll be watching the key price levels, looking for a potential break above $8, and keeping an eye on VWAP to see whether buyers step back in.

The takeaway: You don’t always have to chase the stock that’s already made its big move. Sometimes, it’s worth watching for another candidate that could develop a similar setup. GIXI may or may not deliver, but it’s on my radar, and I’ll be watching to see what happens next.

As always, be patient, manage your risk, and wait for the price action to confirm the opportunity.

That’s it for today’s edition of What May Make This Trade Great!
