Today, I want to look at FRVO and show you why I believe our AI is incredibly valuable—not only for generating trade ideas, but also for building a high-quality watchlist.

The Trade Ideas AI originally suggested shorting FRVO at $17.53. Did the short work? Initially, the stock popped slightly before dropping back toward $17. However, that is where things became particularly interesting.

The $17 whole-number level held firmly.

Once it became clear that buyers were defending that level, FRVO reversed and began an impressive move higher. Traders with some experience may have recognized the significance of that whole-number support and considered playing the bounce.

Even if you waited for the original short setup to fail—or waited for FRVO to reclaim and break above VWAP—you still could have found an excellent long trade.

This is exactly why I recommend using the Trade Ideas AI as a watchlist.

The AI may identify a stock for a specific strategy, but that does not mean it is the only way you can trade it. In this example, the original idea was a short, but the failed breakdown and strong support at $17 created an entirely different opportunity.

The key is to watch how the stock responds around important technical levels. When a setup fails in one direction, it can sometimes produce an even stronger move in the opposite direction.

FRVO was also an AI play from the previous day that performed exceptionally well. That told us there was still interest in the stock and that some positive news or momentum may have remained baked into the price.

The lesson is simple: do not treat every AI alert as a one-time entry signal. Put the stock on your watchlist, observe the price action, and remain open to opportunities in either direction.

Sometimes the best trade is not the original setup—it is what happens after that setup fails.
