What Made This Trade Great: IBRX and the Power of Re-Entry

One of the biggest advantages traders have when using AI-driven alerts is context—and today’s IBRX trade is a perfect example of why you should never mentally check out after a stop-out. To Subscribe to Trade Ideas: https://go.trade-ideas.com/SHQ

Our AI initially flagged IBRX at 3.45 as a long opportunity using the re-entry price. The stock pushed up to about 3.55, but there was no real follow-through. Price rolled over and ultimately hit the stop at 3.35. If you were in the trade, that stop did exactly what it was supposed to do—protected your capital. Trade over… or so it seemed.
Here’s where the trade gets interesting.
After stopping out, IBRX didn’t fall apart. Instead, it stabilized and worked its way back to the midpoint between the original alert price and the stop, right around 3.40. Because this was an AI-driven setup, you would have received a re-entry alert at 3.40.
From that level, the stock took off.
IBRX moved almost straight up from 3.40 to 3.75, offering a clean, high-momentum move. This is where discipline and experience matter. If you took the re-entry, this was a spot where I’d absolutely be taking some profits into strength, locking in gains as the stock extended.
This trade is a great reminder that:
- A stopped-out trade isn’t always a failed trade
- Re-entry levels exist for a reason
- AI can help you stay objective when emotions might tell you to walk away
If you’re using the AI, don’t forget about the re-entry. Some of the best moves come after the shakeout.
