It was a tough, choppy day in the market, and those are the days where discipline really matters. When the market lacks direction, I lean heavily on my scans to find trades that still offer clean structure and manageable risk. To Subscribe to Trade Ideas:

One trade that stood out came from my gap continuation or reversal scan, and that was a short in QURE.

From the start, this trade was all about following the wave. You can see how clean and methodical the move lower was. As long as that wave stayed intact, the trade made sense. Once the wave began to break apart, that was my signal to start taking some off the table. There’s no reason to overstay a trade when the structure starts to change.

Another important factor here was the $20 level. Whole numbers are psychological, and $20 is a level where I’m always cautious. Stocks often struggle to push through these areas, so I scaled out more as price approached that level and eventually exited the trade.

This wasn’t a flashy move, but it was a steady, controlled run down, and those are the kinds of trades I love—especially in choppy market conditions. Clean structure, patience, and respecting key levels can go a long way.
