Today, I want to walk you through a fantastic setup we had from our AI alerts — this time on $PAL — and how it showcased the power of reentries.

The alert first triggered at $8.19. Pretty standard start — but as often happens, the stock pulled back shortly after, dipping down to $7.94.

Now here’s where things get interesting. Instead of writing off the trade, I looked for a reentry opportunity — that sweet spot about halfway between the alert price and the pullback low. In this case, that was right around $8.07.

If you missed the initial entry, or even if you took it and got stopped out, that $8.07 level offered a second chance to get back in. And what a move it gave us! Before any meaningful pullback, the stock pushed all the way up to $8.76 — a tremendous run from that reentry level.

That’s what makes this trade great — understanding that the first alert isn’t always the only opportunity. When a strong setup like this one presents itself, watching for that reentry zone can make all the difference.

The stock has pulled back a bit since, but the lesson here is clear: be ready for those secondary entries. The Trade Ideas AI continues to deliver, and it’s up to us to recognize when the market gives us another chance to capitalize.
