Yesterday we saw OCTO make headlines by pivoting into the crypto space, and today we got a repeat setup with CWD. These smaller companies know exactly what gets trader attention—announce involvement in altcoins, and the market wakes up.

CWD put out news in the pre-market about investing in Chainlink, and sure enough, the stock ripped. I don’t usually trade pre-market, but being up early on the West Coast gave me a chance to catch this one. My entry was on the $11 break, and while I didn’t hold it all the way up to the high near $56, the trade was an incredible reminder of how powerful momentum can be when a catalyst aligns with trader psychology.

The key takeaway? Recognize the theme. If you saw OCTO yesterday, you could anticipate something similar today. That’s what makes this trade great.
