Now, if you know the full story behind DJT, you’re aware there’s a lot of buzz around it, especially with the big debate coming up tonight. But, that’s not why I’ve chosen DJT as the focus today. What really caught my eye was its action on the charts.

Let’s first take a look at the overall market. The SPY has been all over the place – up, down, up again, and now trending downward. It’s been a challenging day to find stocks showing any kind of clear trend. Most of the stocks I’ve been watching have been choppy, just like the SPY, with no real direction.

But then, DJT caught my attention. Unlike most stocks today, DJT displayed a strong, steady trend upward, and that’s what makes it stand out. Around 11:00 AM, DJT started to form a solid base, right when many other stocks were still mirroring the market’s choppy moves. Then, at about 11:10 AM, we saw DJT begin to gain momentum.

On the 5-minute chart, DJT climbed from around $18.54 up to a high of $20 before it started to pull back. On a day where many stocks were struggling to find direction, DJT showed clear strength, breaking away from the pack.

So, why is DJT a great trade idea today? It’s simple – in a volatile market, we’re always looking for stocks that are bucking the trend, showing resilience and strength when others are not.
