Last tested 5/07/2012 this strategy is aimed at the more active trader who takes advantage of the downside. The strategy looks for stocks that have just run up over $2.00 in the last 5 minutes. These types of moves are usually exhaustion moves that can be faded, or played in the opposite direction. We tested this strategy over the course of 30 days with 31 possible trades. If you plan on using this strategy make sure you know how to set the proper stop loss. As with any tested strategy past performance does not indicated future success. Only trade capital that you can afford to lose.
