This is how the NYSE defines a non-professional trader: any natural person whom Vendor has determined to qualify as a “Nonprofessional Subscriber” and who is not: (a) registered or qualified with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, any state securities agency, any securities exchange or association, or any commodities or futures contract market or association. (b) engaged as an “investment advisor” as that term is defined in Section 201(11) of the Investment Advisor’s Act of 1940 (whether or not registered or qualified under that Act), nor (c) employed by a bank or other organization exempt from registration under Federal and/or state securities laws to perform functions that would require him or her to be so registered or qualified if he or she were to perform such functions for an organization not so exempt.

Professional and non-professional traders receive the same software and data from Trade-Ideas.
Professional traders have to pay more, but that money goes entirely to the exchanges.Professional traders have to fill out more paperwork.

We accept credit card payments only. In special situations, we do accept Western Union, wire transfers, or personal checks.

Yes, you can switch subscriptions at anytime. To change your subscription, log into the Account

Management page and go to Upgrade/Change under the Subscription section. Email us at info@trade-ideas.com if you have any questions or issues.

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion, the discount codes reduce the order total. In the case of a recurring subscription, the discount applies to the first installment (for example: the first year or the first month). The ongoing subscription recurs at the advertised normal rate for the service. Any purchase made with a promotional code is only eligible for a refund within 5 calendar days from original purchase date. Note: not all codes will work for a subscription upgrade. Customers can cancel their subscription at anytime. To cancel, please log into your account in Account Management and go to Cancel Your Subscription. Trade Ideas will only issue refunds for subscriptions cancelled within 5 calendar days from the original purchase date.
