This video will illustrate how to properly connect to TD Ameritrade's Trade Architect. To start off, go to Tools Menu and External Linking. Make sure Alternate Method is checked. Now drag the cross hairs to the symbol field of the Trade Architect chart window. Make sure that the symbol field is highlighted, so you may need to double click in there to make sure. Now when you click or double click on a symbol in a Trade Ideas Window, it will automatically update the chart in TD Ameritrade's Trade Architect.
