Let's take a look at what's new in version 3.1.4 of the software. There are 3 major changes. The most obvious change is that we now have French translations. A special thanks to our partners who are helping us reach more customers. We also added "actions" for alerts. A lot of people have been asking for this. Among other things, it allows you to assign a sound to each alert window. Let's choose a strategy that's a little more active. It's after hours so I can't use "High/Low ticker". I normally like that strategy. This always has data. Now it's coming in a little too fast. So let me slow it down a bit. That way the sounds don't go crazy on me. Now I'm going to configure "actions…" And let's set up the sound. Now this is a beta version. It it's all done yet. The final version will be a little bit nicer. For one thing, we don't give you any sounds yet! I'll get them from someplace else. Let me go to the sound folder in the old version of Trade-Ideas Pro. We'll get this fixed in another release. But some people wanted the sounds right now, so here they are. Let's go to Mad Money. And let's choose the toilet flushing. That's always a funny one. I'm sorry, I can't take this feature seriously. But a lot of customers have been asking for this. Now, every time I get new alerts, I will hear the toilet flush. Well, that get's annoying quickly, so let me close that window. And, finally, we've added the firewall choices. Right now it's on the tools menu. That will change in a future release. It defaults to Primary. That's the fastest and most reliable option. But it doesn't work behind some firewalls. I was just at the public library near my house testing this feature. Primary did not work at the library. But these other two did. So just keep trying these until you find one that works for you. You'll know when it's working because the status bar will be green. That's how you get around your firewall. Like it says, this is just a beta release, so things will be changing. And I mentioned the minor bug fix in my previous video. If you're interested, please take a look at the latest beta.
