This circle on the right side of the window tells you the general status of Trade-Ideas PRO. In the previous example this circle was red. A red light indicates that the software cannot go any further until you fix the problem.

A green circle means that we are connected to the server. If you don't see any data, then you probably need to change your configuration. Our FAQ discusses these options in more detail.

A yellow circle, as shown here, means that there is a problem, but we are automatically retrying. If your ISP is having a problem, we will keep trying until the problem is resolved.

To summarize, red means that the software has given up. The user must fix the problem. Yellow means that the software is automatically retrying. This is usually a network problem. Green means that the software is connecting to our server. If you still don't see alerts, this may be a configuration problem.
