If you are still having problems, let us know. Please give us a description of the screen. What color is the circle? What color are the tick marks? How quickly do the tick marks appear? Normally these will appear quickly when you first start the program. Then they appear about once per second, as shown here. Of course, what do you see written on the bottom of the window? Also, if there is a problem, you can move the mouse over the status bar to see more details. Let us know what this says.

Sometimes we need more information. In that case you want to run the Trade-Ideas Network Test which is available on the start menu. Hit "start test," and wait for the test to finish. Then copy what's on this screen, and paste it into an email to us. These results are only intended for us; you don't have to understand the details. We might also ask you to fill in some of these other fields and run the test again.
