The first thing to notice is that the main Trade-Ideas window gives you a lot of information. In this case it clearly says that I have entered my password incorrectly.

If you are having a problem with your username or password, you should go to our forgotten password web page. This will mail your password to you. In many of our support calls, we find that people have typed in the wrong password. You can use this hyperlink or you can copy and paste your password. By using copy and paste, you reduce the chance of making a simple mistake, like replacing a zero with an O, or an l with a 1.

This email will also tell you if you have created more than one account. This is another common problem. People accidentally create more than one account, then they forget which one they paid for.
