We provide a lot of options, but your system administrator will know which ones apply to you. Usually your system administrator can solve this problem in just a couple of minutes. Just make sure Trade-Ideas is working before your system administrator leaves. The most common problem we have is that someone in a hurry will only fill in some of the settings.
