If Trade-Ideas PRO is having trouble talking with our server, there are several possible problems. We need to find out the details of the problem before we can solve the problem.

We are always making improvements to Trade-Ideas PRO to make it more robust. If you have a problem, the first thing you should do is make sure you are using the latest version of the software. You can download that from our website. If you have already loaded TI Pro on your computer, this will overwrite the old version of the software with a newer version. This will not remove any of your settings.

We have a lot of written documentation on various troubleshooting techniques. Be sure to read this documentation, as this is more detailed and often more up to date than this video presentation.
