Let's look the main window in Trade-Ideas Pro. The first thing to notice is the status bar. Every time we communicate with the server, we show a small green tick-mark. A yellow tick-mark usually means that something has timed out. Usually this is an intermittent problem that goes away on its own. The program will automatically retry when the status is yellow. This can happen for a variety of reasons. Usually it is a network problem. This light can also turn red, in which case, you need to double click on it to try to restart manually. This would happen, for example, if you log in at home and at work. Only one user is allowed to use the account at a time. You can't be on in both places. Click options to see more details. You need a user name and password to use this program just like the web based product. You also have more options to bring up more windows. You can quickly go to the Trade-Ideas Website for more general information. Hit F1 from this or any window to go directly to the help for Trade-Ideas Pro. If you minimize a window, most windows look just like normal windows. Most windows only minimize themselves when you hit that button. When you minimize the main window, our application goes away. When you restore the main window, the entire application returns.
