The age field and the time field both show you the same thing but in a different way. These tell you when the last alert happened. The time field is very precise; it tells you the number to the second. The age field just shows you a bar which moves to the right over time. When the bar is mostly blue, this is a recent alert. As you see more black, these are older alerts. You can quickly see that we just now got into a new pattern, but all of these are old. In this window, things are coming in more continuously. The age column uses a logarithmic scale. It is very precise near the top with alerts that have happened recently. It becomes less precise over time, so you can see much older alerts and they still make sense. The time column is always in local time. This is based on your settings on your computer. These demos are all done in our offices in Pacific Time Zone. It's 1:50 in New York right now.
