This field is based on the total number of alerts that the server has seen today. This has nothing to do with the user's configuration. If I just started this window, I'd see the exact same values that you would if you had this up all day. This is available under windows specific filters. Min count, max count. Depending on your strategy and your trading style, you may only want to see things which have had only a few or many alerts today.
