We are looking at a desktop with both Lightspeed and Trade-Ideas. First we are going to the Trade-Ideas toolbar. Click on tools then external linking. we are going to grab the cross-hairs and drag to the Lightspeed application. Once we do that we can close the set up external linking window and simply click on the symbol in Trade-Ideas and it will update the various windows within lightspeed.
