Bull Watcher

Description

Bull Watcher is a preconfigured alert window designed to spot upward or positive market moves.  Like all the preconfigured settings Bull Watcher is a good starting point to get a feel for how the alerts software works for this particular style of trading.  Bull Watcher focuses on new highs, stocks that have run up, or are crossing above a particular moving average.
